Athletics
The Parks and Recreation department offers a wide range of youth and adult athletics. Our youth athletic programs give participants the chance to learn the fundamentals of the sport in an environment that encourages sportsmanship and fair play. Our adult sports leagues have a competitive, but friendly environment and are conducted in continuous seasons throughout the year.
The City of Tamarac has been awarded the Better Sports for Kids Quality Program Provider designation from the National Alliance for Youth Sports, which recognizes programs that meet the most critical standards for safety and quality in youth sports.
