- 2️⃣ Code will verify paint request, take pictures and generate case.
- 3️⃣ Code will evaluate home and abide by City of Tamarac Code of Ordinance section 9-130 residential property maintenance section (d) subsection (10) 25% in need of painting.
- 4️⃣ Code Officer will verify paint deficiency generate a case file which will serve as tracking and monitoring.
- 5️⃣ An email will be sent containing the decision on the submitted application.
Note: Applications will be accepted and processed on a first-ready, first-served basis.
🖌 Owner of properties will purchase paint.
💵 Owner will pay upfront for the paint.
Note: Maximum amount that can be purchased is five (5) gallons, not to exceed $500 dollars.
‼️ The reimbursement covers paint only, no brushes, painters, drop cloths, tax, etc.
✔ Once painting is complete, Submit Receipt to the Code Compliance Division. They can be submitted at the office or email
✅ Code Compliance will verify the completed project and process the rebate.
🏦 A check will be issued.
