Neighborhood Curb Appeal Program (N.C.A.P.)

Overview

It is important when examining your home for "curb appeal" to stand across the street and look at your home objectively. Try to see your home as others would see it. The following checklist is a guide to use when examining your home for important exterior or repairs. In evaluating your home and in planning for future improvements, please refer to the Neighborhood Curb Appeal Flyer for detailed guidelines. This guide will help ensure that the architectural integrity of your home matches the time and style for construction. Careful planning will help ensure a project that not only increases the value of your home, but the Curb Appeal as well.
